Fast-paced publishing company (20 employees) seeks organized
and enthusiastic person with marketing talent to distribute and market 3
magazines:
- Visionaire, released 3/year is a limited edition fashion and art
collectible publication. www.visionaireworld.com
- V Magazine, released 6/year is a high-end women's fashion magazine.
Current circulation of 40,000 copies. www.vmagazine.com
- VMAN, released 2/year, is a men's fashion magazine. Current
circulation of 20,000 copies. www.vman.com
Looking for someone responsible for getting these publications to the
public:
- Negotiate and watch over the shipment of magazines from printers to
destinations worldwide
- Work with distributors worldwide to increase visibility and sales
- Personally deal with Visionaire subscribers
- Personally deal with clients interested in back issues of
Visionaire, V
Magazine, and VMAN
- Watch over subscription service that handles V Magazine and VMAN
- Collect on bills owed by distributors and subscription services
- Work with distributors worldwide to increase visibility and sales
- Be creative in how to promote the magazines to increase sales and
subscriptions
Looking for a strong person who can negotiate prices and watch the
schedule and be creative in promoting the issues to up circulation to
100,000. At the moment, this is a one-person operation working within a
team environment. This person will report directly to the partners.
Salary: 40-60K
